This is a service that provides unlimited access to Ripple Website, which offers various services to its subscribers: games, fitness, recipes, game tricks, apps (other services may be added). The purpose of this document is to clarify the General Terms and Conditions (“TnCs”) of the Publisher company. Your use of the Services is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the TnCs.

Access to the content and services is subject to a charge as follow:

CZK99 for a licence valid for one year.

The price subscribed will not change for active customers, but the Publisher company may change the price at any time. The Services may be billed once, or for each period of time contracted by the user, depending on the terms contracted. The price will be included in the User's periodic bill provided by the payment gateway.

The web site does not send any SMS. The SMS is sent by the user in order to get the activation code.

The Publishing company owns the copyright of the Services. Any User or third party must notify the Publisher company by email if they believe their legal rights have been violated.

4. Exclusions from Warranties (the list below is not exhaustive and is not exclusive):

4.1. Availability and continuity of the site and services: In no event shall Publisher company be liable for any loss or damage which may arise from your access to or use of the Website or application, including any damages to your electronic device.

4.2. Content and Services. In no event shall Publisher company be liable for:

• The appearance and effective operation of the Website or applications and updates or reliability of the content

• Damage resulting from improper use of the Website or applications.

• Distribution and presence of programs that may harm the User's devices or modifying User's electronic records and files.

• Use contrary to the TnCs, laws or generally accepted usage.

• Non-compliance or violation of laws relating to third party intellectual property rights, industrial property, business or contractual secrets, privacy, honor, image, property, publishing or competition.

• Third-party non-compliance with any obligations or warranties in relation to the Services offered to Users on the Site or application, as well as poor quality, reliability, compliance, legality, utility and availability of the Third Party Services.

4.3. Content and Third Party Services:

Publisher company shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Site or applications and the Services offered there.

The Site or applications do not register any personal information. The email address used by the User for the purposes of customer support is strictly confidential.

All personal information provided to Publisher companies through the Website or through any other electronic means made available to users will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.

We do not collect personally identifiable data about the viewer. Rights of affected parties: Publisher company commits itself to respecting and facilitating interested parties exercising their rights recognized by regulations in matters of data protection and, in particular, the rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose data. Said rights may be exercised by sending a request at the contact link mentioned in the footer of this page, attaching a photocopy of ID and specifying the right being exercised.

Quality of the data: When you provide information to the Publisher company, you guarantee and are accountable, in any case, for the information provided to be true, accurate and complete and you have been informed and have provided your consent to the contents of this privacy policy. Not providing said data or the supply of incorrect data shall make it impossible for the Publisher company to operate with you.

Security measures: Publisher company states and guarantees that it maintains security levels for the protection of personal data in conformity with current legislation and that it has implemented all the technical means available to it to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the data provided by users.
